The road to your HOREX

With branches in Landsberg am Lech and Ingolstadt, there are two factory-owned outlets. They are always here to help you. In addition to purchasing advice, test rides, test sits and taking measurements for customised motorcycle adjustments, an exclusive factory service is also available here.


A collection and delivery service, as well as a service van, ensure your HOREX remains roadworthy at all times. Here too, HOREX sets standards previously only seen in the automotive customer service sector.

A deposit of 2% (including VAT) of the configured motorcycle price is required at the time of ordering. This secures you a non-binding delivery option for a HOREX Regina Evo. Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, you will immediately receive a priority delivery date based on the best possible availability, and your deposit will be credited towards the purchase price.


We will contact you no later than four weeks before delivery to discuss the customisation and adaptation of the motorcycle. As soon as your HOREX is ready, we will hand it over to you at a location of your choice. For more information, see “How does delivery work – is collection from the factory possible?”.

As a customer, HOREX gives you the choice. You can choose the delivery method that suits you best.

– Collection from our HOREX flagship store (Ingolstadt)

– Collection from the factory in Landsberg am Lech, including a tour of the production facilities

– Delivery by HOREX to your chosen location

HOREX offers a two-year warranty on all brand-new vehicles.
The new HOREX Regina Evo motorcycles are not only synonymous with exclusivity, but also with durability and reliability. Our service intervals are designed accordingly: an initial service (including an oil change) is carried out after the break-in period at 1500 km. Thereafter, we have a service interval of 10.000 km, starting with the 10.000 km service.
