Sensational: HOREX ranks third in "Motorrad" magazine readers' survey

It was a festive atmosphere on March 3, 2011 at the "Motorräder 2011" International Motorcycle Exhibition in Dortmund. During the trade show "Motorrad" magazine presented the awards for the "Bike of the Year 2011" readers' survey. Garnering 6.5% of more than 27,000 votes cast, the new HOREX VR6 Roadster was honored with an amazing third-place ranking in the Naked Bikes category. The magazine's readers picked the new German bike from a field of 36 candidates. This marked the first time the revived motorcycle marque has been included in a readers' choice lineup – and it already took top honors!

What's really remarkable is the fact that the new HOREX is one of very few bikes to achieve top marks in the competition as a pre-production prototype – leaving a number of newcomers and machines currently on the market standing in the shadows in the Naked Bikes competition.
