HOREX GmbH – New start on legendary foundation

Parallel to the world premiere of the new HOREX on June 15, 2010, the company HOREX GmbH was launched. One could also say that it resumed operations under a new name. The new company is the successor to compact-bike Entwicklungs GmbH. Founded in April 2006, this is the company that supervised the VR motorcycle project and moved it forward.

Under the guise of the new HOREX GmbH, a relatively small core team brings together the experience of "old hands" with the spirit of young university graduates. In terms of its culture, the company is characterized by an open approach to dialog, friendly working relationships, flat hierarchies and short decision paths. The new HOREX GmbH is backed by the tradition of a legendary motorcycle brand combined with forward-thinking technical expertise and state-of-the-art tools.

The HOREX team is supported by a powerful network of professiona partners. Their focus will be on completing the final engineering, testing, and industrialization of the new HOREX motorcycle as well as on building the HOREX manufacture and developing the sales network. According to future plans, HOREX GmbH will also become positioned as a source of engineering services for advanced technology projects.
